Thank you for visiting and shopping at WebSpenders, LLC (DBA Webspenders). Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We try our best to have items shipped out within 3 days from order date. If this exceeds 10 days, we will notify you via e-mail or phone. You will have the option to cancel the order at no cost or wait for the order to be shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
WebSpenders, LLC (DBA Webspenders) ships to addresses within the U.S. We will not ship outside of the U.S. nor do we ship to PO Boxes. This is for your protection.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
WebSpenders, LLC (DBA Webspenders) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
WebSpenders, LLC (DBA Webspenders) is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Our Returns & Refunds policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
All orders placed between Monday thru Friday, during regular business hours (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 - 3 business days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.
There are 2 delivery options available for customer, Standard and Express courier.
Local Meet Up – is FREE for all local orders. Simple select local pick up during checkout and you will not be charged pickup. You will be contacted and given several days and times to pick from to meet to receive your item. Do note that if you fail to meet more than 2 times, you will not receive the item and a partial refund will be completed and returned to you. You will not receive a full refund due to the time and effort it takes for our employees to arrange pick up schedules and wait for you to arrive.
Standard Shipping – We strive to ensure costs are as low as possible for our customers. We can provide expedited shipping, but that is at more of a cost to our consumers. You are receiving these items at rock bottom prices, therefore shipping speeds may be less fast than your traditional big box stores. We hope you understand, and believe once you receive your item that you paid significantly less for, you will agree that this is the best option!
